Have been using these cutting boards over a week. Compared to my old stainless steel cutting board, this set is thicker and are two sided. One side is plastic and the other side is titanium. I like this design cause I can use one side for raw food and the other side for cooked food. It’s thicker so it sits in the counter top better than my old thinner cutting board. Overall am satisfied with how well these cutting boards are made.
